Participants of the Stirling Marathon have raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for their chosen charities since the first edition of the race in 2017. By choosing to join a charity team you not only help incredibly worthy causes, but you will also be giving yourself an extra incentive to get out the door for those unappealing training runs.
Every charity will offer you incentives to help you reach your fundraising goals, as well as invaluable support and advice in the lead up to your big day. Running for charity is one of the main reasons why many people put on their trainers and enter an event for the first time. If that’s your reason to run, we want to help you every step of the way.
There are many local and national charities to support and we will be featuring a selection of them on our news pages in the weeks and months ahead.
